Getting to Selby from Belgrave

Selby Community House is a 3.5km drive from Belgrave, takes about 5 minutes.

  1. Drive along Burwood Highway through Belgrave Main Street.
  2. At the round-about, take the third exit.
  3. Go through the next round about, second exit.
  4. At the next round about take the first exit into Belgrave Gembrook Road to Selby which is the first town/hamlet.
  5. Turn left into Charles Street

 

Getting to Belgrave by Car

Belgrave is 40km east southeast of Melburne. In good traffic this trip takes around 45 minutes.

M1 (Monash Freeway) via Ferntree Gully:

  1. From the M1 take the Ferntree Gully Road exit.
  2. Merge into Ferntree Gully Road, heading towards Ferntree Gully.
  3. Turn right into Burwood Highway
  4. Stay on Burwood Highway to Belgrave.
  5. Follow instructions from Belgrave above.

 

M1 (Monash Freeway) via Rowville:

  1. From the M1 take the Jackson’s Road exit.
  2. Turn left into Jackson’s Road.
  3. Turn right into Wellington Road.
  4. Turn left into Napolean Road.
  5. Go straight ahead into Glenferne Road.
  6. Turn right into Burwood Highway into Belgrave.
  7. Follow instructions from Belgrave above.

 

M3 (Eastern Freeway):

  1. From the M3 take the Burwood Highway exit.
  2. Turn left into Burwood Highway.
  3. Stay on Burwood Highway to Belgrave.
  4. Follow the instructions from Belgrave above.

 

Getting to Belgrave by Public Transport

Belgrave is the last station on the Belgrave line. The trip from the city takes 45-70 minutes depending on whether it’s running express or whether a change is required for a shuttle service.
